HWYAA prefabricated hole water hose production line is the first original R&D equipment from a source factory in China, boasting mature technology and stable operation that enables non-stop production to meet large order demands.
It is mainly designed to produce prefabricated hole water belts with a five-layer PE structure made of PE/PP/PE composite woven fabric in specifications of 63-160mm. The minimum hole pitch is 20CM, with both hole pitch and aperture adjustable. Adopting fully automatic ultrasonic punching, it ensures no water leakage or cracking at the punching positions. The finished products can bear a pressure of 2-3 kg and have a service life of 3-4 years, delivering far higher cost performance than similar products.
The equipment covers an area of about 70 square meters and consumes approximately 9 kWh of electricity per hour. With a low operation threshold, it can be operated by a single person after familiarization, and only simple manual intervention is required for winding. It is a cost-effective choice for the production of prefabricated hole water belts for agricultural irrigation.
