High-precision Flow Testing Equipment
Professional flow testing equipment for drip tapes, equipped with high-precision sensors to achieve accurate flow detection and control, which collects real-time water flow data of every meter of drip tape.
The machine features stable and controllable operating parameters with tiny test errors, compatible with flat drip tapes, strip drip tapes and inline drip tapes of all types.
It serves as special quality inspection equipment matched with production lines, covering full inspection procedures including forming, punching and finished product testing.
Standardized and strictly controlled production processes enable rapid screening of defective products with uneven flow or abnormal water output. The equipment guarantees uniform irrigation performance of drip tapes from the source and ensures all batches of products meet factory standards before delivery.
High Automation Production Line
The modern production line features a high degree of automation. All procedures including formula mixing, extrusion, emitter lamination, punching and winding are automatically controlled by PLC.

Operators are mainly responsible for monitoring HMI parameters, feeding raw materials, switching winding stations, conducting spot quality inspections and troubleshooting malfunctions. Normally, only 1 to 2 skilled operators are required for one complete production line.
