We provide complete PE, PPR and PVC pipe extrusion production lines. Our plastic pipe making machine adopts high-speed extrusion design to achieve higher output under the same energy consumption. Finished pipes are compact without bubbles and scratches, meeting CE and ISO standards and passing SGS testing. One line is compatible with PPR, HDPE and PVC raw materials for flexible production of different water supply pipes. Pipe diameter can be adjusted flexibly from 16-1200mm. Stable extrusion ensures small wall thickness tolerance and effectively reduces raw material loss. Customized equipment and professional turnkey project solutions are available.

This production line is mainly used to produce all kinds of PVC pipes, which are widely used in agricultural & construction water supply, drainage and cable laying projects.
The line consists of conical (parallel) twin-screw extruder, extrusion head, vacuum sizing tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacking unit.
The extruder and haul-off machine adopt frequency conversion control. The haul-off machine can be equipped with 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 claws.
This line can be fitted with saw blade cutter or planetary cutter.
