HWYAA Nano-polymer porous irrigation pipe is an innovative tubing for agricultural water-saving irrigation. Based on nano polymer material modification and ultra-micropore infiltration technology, it is formed via precision extrusion process.

The pipe wall is distributed with uniform and controllable nanoscale micropores, featuring self-cleaning, anti-scaling, anti-biofouling properties, as well as resistance to acids, alkalis, salt spray and organic solvent corrosion. It is a core product that addresses key industry pain points of traditional nano-polymer permeable irrigation pipe, such as clogging, short service life and poor adaptability.

    The nano-polymer porous irrigation pipe achieves uniform pore size, anti-biofouling and anti-scaling performance through molecular-level modification. By contrast, rubber pipes have rough, uneven pores that are prone to collapse and biofilm formation.


    Anti-clogging & Service Life

    The nano material fundamentally inhibits scaling and biofouling, with a service life 2–3 times longer than that of rubber pipes. It is suitable for extreme environments such as deserts and saline-alkali lands.


    Efficiency & Cost

    It saves 30–50% water and 15–40% fertilizers. Despite higher initial investment, the long-term comprehensive cost is reduced by 30–50%. Rubber pipes have lower upfront costs but require frequent replacement, leading to high maintenance expenses.


    Environmental Adaptability

    The nano-polymer permeable irrigation pipe is resistant to acids, alkalis, salts and UV radiation, applicable to farmlands, greenhouses, desert greening and saline-alkali soil improvement. Rubber pipes are only suitable for ordinary farmlands with poor weather resistance and corrosion resistance.

    Infiltration irrigation is a technology where nano-polymer porous irrigation pipe are buried in soil, water is supplied under controllable pressure, and moisture seeps out uniformly through the pipe wall to infiltrate the soil, directly delivering water to plant root zones. Adopting a bottom-up water supply method, infiltration irrigation can significantly reduce water leakage and evaporation losses through precise regulation of water supply pressure.


    It also supports fertigation integration, enabling liquid fertilizers to reach root systems directly, which saves fertilizers and is environmentally friendly. Buried installation can loosen compacted soil, facilitating no-till farming.
