This complete extrusion line is specially designed for producing **2‑layer PE with intermediate PET yarn fiber‑reinforced lay‑flat hose (irrigation layflat water hose)**.
Adopting double‑extruder co‑extrusion plus online braiding process, it coats inner‑layer PE and outer‑layer PE on both sides of PET fiber braided net. The finished hose can be fully flattened after pressure relief for convenient rolling, storage and transportation, featuring high burst pressure, anti‑tension performance.
Applicable hose size: 2‑6 inch inner diameter. Raw materials adopt PE pellets and PET yarn. The whole line integrates extrusion, fiber braiding, vacuum calibration, cooling, haul‑off and winding, realizing one‑step continuous finished‑hose production. Widely used for agricultural irrigation, farm water conveyance, garden water supply and large‑scale field water‑transport projects.
