Waste drip irrigation tape can vary significantly depending on where it comes from. Clean production waste and used agricultural drip tape have very different recycling requirements. Therefore, the correct recycling process should be selected according to the actual material condition.
The HUAYA recycling line integrates the main recycling processes into one complete system:
Waste Drip Tape → Crushing → Washing → Dewatering & Drying → Extrusion & Filtration → Pelletizing → Recycled PE Pellets
The washing section can be configured with floating washing, friction washing, rinsing and mechanical dewatering. For materials with a higher level of contamination, additional washing processes can be selected. After cleaning and dewatering, the material enters the extrusion system for plasticizing, degassing and melt filtration before being processed into recycled pellets.
The complete line adopts a modular design concept, allowing customers to select the appropriate recycling process according to their actual waste material rather than investing in unnecessary equipment.
