HWYAA micro-spray hose production line is available in single-layer and double-layer models. The double-layer model features stable performance, high output, advanced technology and easy operation, and it can utilize recycled materials for greater cost savings. The finished products boast high tensile strength and a long service life.
This line is capable of producing micro-sprinkler tapes with a diameter of 25-63mm and a thickness of 0.2-0.3mm, adopting precision laser punching technology with a production speed of 30-65 meters per minute. We can customize the number of holes per group, the spacing of water outlet holes and the sprinkler coverage area for customers, achieving precise irrigation without missing or over-irrigation.
