The inline flat emitter drip tape is a widely used water-saving product in drip irrigation systems. Flat emitters with curved micro-flow channels are embedded in the plastic tape at fixed intervals. Water flows through the channel outlets into the soil to irrigate crops.
Through the emitters with tiny outlet orifices, water is evenly and slowly dripped into the soil near crop roots. During production, flat emitters are usually embedded in the inner wall of black flexible tape to form an integrated drip tape.

     Emitter spacing can be customized according to user requirements to achieve precision irrigation, which greatly improves water utilization efficiency and saves labor costs.


    High production speed, reaching up to 350 meters per minute.


    Zero error in emitter spacing.


    Adopting centralized computer system control, the production process is stable and operation is convenient.


    Equipped with either a standard double-station or a full-automatic winding and packing system. It enables non-stop operation for volume change, and the connection spacing, winding tension and winding length can be adjusted as required.


    Supports high-precision embedding of flat drippers with flexible dripper spacing adjustment (50mm–1000mm).  


    Servo-driven patch system ensures accurate dripper positioning and firm adhesion, with a reject rate below 0.3%. 


    Integrated inline punching, inspection, and closed-loop feedback system enables real-time rejection of defective drippers and automatic replenishment.  


    Production speed up to 160–400 m/min, suitable for single-lane, dual-lane, or multi-lane synchronous production.

    Product Application

    The inline flat emitter drip tape is suitable for flat terrain and short-distance irrigation scenarios, as well as seasonal crops. It is widely applied in the drip irrigation of crops (such as cotton), fruits, vegetables, trees, flowers and other planting industries.
